1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Interview Masterclass ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a professional communication training organization with registration number 56517921, located at 47516 Pink Cape Apt. 861, Kingview, SC 82475-6153, United States.

By accessing our website at interviewmasterclass.org, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our services or other users.

3. Services Description

Interview Masterclass provides professional communication training services, including but not limited to:

• Interview preparation coaching
• Public speaking training
• Oratory skills development
• Executive communication coaching
• Presentation skills workshops
• Corporate training programs

Services may be delivered in-person at our Kingview, SC location or virtually through video conferencing platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Pricing

Service fees are specified during the enrollment or consultation process. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing clients.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through approved methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment systems. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.

4.3 Payment Schedule

• Single session fees are due prior to the scheduled session
• Program fees may be paid in full or through approved installment plans
• Corporate training fees are subject to separate contractual agreements

4.4 Late Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. Late fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.

4.5 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Taxes will be added to your total where required by law.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice: Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours advance notice
• Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in forfeiture of the full session fee

5.2 Company Cancellations

If we must cancel a scheduled session, you will receive full credit toward a future session or a full refund at your option. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of cancellations.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy page for complete information. In summary:

• Single session refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled time
• Multi-session program refunds are prorated based on completed sessions
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
• Processing time for approved refunds is 7-10 business days

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our training materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of Interview Masterclass or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services and materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials
• Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture our training sessions without permission
• Share access credentials or course materials with unauthorized persons

7.3 Trademarks

Interview Masterclass, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of our company. Use of these marks without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our services responsibly and professionally. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing coaches, staff, or other clients
• Providing false information or impersonating others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engaging in any illegal activities
• Disrupting or interfering with our services
• Using our services to compete with our business

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes or results from our training
• Employment or career advancement
• Uninterrupted or error-free services
• Compatibility with all devices or software

10.2 Educational Nature

Our services are educational in nature and designed to improve professional communication skills. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and circumstances beyond our control. We make no guarantees regarding interview success, job offers, or career outcomes.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Masterclass, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any content obtained through our services
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interview Masterclass and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our services

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods, techniques, and materials shared during training.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to seek informal resolution of any dispute.

14.3 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. Arbitration shall take place in Charleston, South Carolina.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use of our services.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interview Masterclass regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
