1. General Refund Principles
Our refund policy is designed to balance fairness to clients with the resource commitments required to deliver our services. Refund eligibility depends on:

- The timing of the refund request
- The number of sessions already completed
- The circumstances surrounding the refund request
2. Single Session Refunds

- Rescheduling is available with 24+ hours notice without additional fees
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 rescheduling fee
3. Multi-Session Program Refunds
3.1 Before Program Commencement
- 7+ days before start: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee
- 3-7 days before start: 75% refund
- Less than 3 days before start: 50% refund
3.2 After Program Commencement
For multi-session programs (8-16 week courses), refunds are calculated based on completed sessions:
Refund Calculation Formula:
Refund Amount = (Total Program Cost - Administrative Fee) × (Remaining Sessions / Total Sessions)
Administrative Fee: $200
3.3 Program Refund Example
For a 10-week program costing $2,000:
- After 2 sessions completed: ($2,000 - $200) × (8/10) = $1,440 refund
- After 5 sessions completed: ($2,000 - $200) × (5/10) = $900 refund
- After 8 sessions completed: ($2,000 - $200) × (2/10) = $360 refund
3.4 Program Refund Limitations
- No refunds are available after 80% of program sessions are completed
- Completed sessions include attended sessions and no-shows
- Rescheduled sessions count as part of the original program timeline
4. Free Consultation Sessions
Initial consultation sessions offered at no charge are not eligible for refunds. These sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the consultation opportunity.
5. Corporate Training Program Refunds
Corporate training programs are subject to customized agreements. Refund terms for corporate clients are specified in individual contracts and may differ from standard policies. Please refer to your specific corporate training agreement.
5.1 Standard Corporate Terms
- Cancellations 30+ days before start: 90% refund
- Cancellations 15-30 days before start: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before start: No refund
- After program commencement: Prorated based on delivered sessions
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Medical Emergencies
In cases of documented medical emergencies preventing participation:
- Services may be paused without penalty for up to 90 days
- Medical documentation may be required
- Alternative arrangements such as virtual sessions may be offered
- Full or partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
6.2 Relocation
If you relocate more than 50 miles from our Kingview facility:
- You may transition to virtual sessions at no additional cost
- Refunds for unused sessions may be provided if virtual sessions are not suitable
- Documentation of relocation may be required
6.3 Service Dissatisfaction
We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services:

- If issues cannot be resolved, we may offer alternative coaches or session formats
- Refunds for quality concerns are evaluated individually after attempting resolution
7. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Interview Masterclass must cancel your session or program:
- You will receive full refund of all paid fees with no deductions
- Alternative session times will be offered if desired
- Credit toward future services may be offered at 110% of paid amount
- We will make every reasonable effort to provide advance notice
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital materials and resources once accessed or downloaded
- Administrative and processing fees
- Completed sessions, regardless of perceived value
- No-show sessions without advance cancellation
- Promotional or discounted services (unless otherwise stated)
- Third-party fees (payment processing, platform fees, etc.)
9. Refund Request Process
9.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Booking or invoice number
- Reason for refund request

9.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account

10. Payment Plan Refunds
For services purchased through installment payment plans:
- Refund calculations are based on total program cost, not payments made
- Outstanding payment obligations may be waived for qualifying refunds

- Early payment incentives are not refundable if program is cancelled
